Due to custom artwork involved with our art pieces, all sales are final and no changes, cancelations, or refunds will be afforded once you have left your Zoom ordering session and you waive any rights to charge back your purchase with your credit card processor.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please contact our session concierge team via chat or at adventures@enchanted-fairies.com
