WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

You can expect certain art pieces to arrive in different shipments depending on the products ordered and art work involved with each image. 

For example, an order with a combination of Enchanted Fairies Wall Portraits, Signature Storybooks, and Gift Portraits would arrive in 3 different shipments.

  • Shipment #1 = Wall Portraits

  • Shipment #2 = Signature Storybooks

  • Shipment #3 = Gift Portraits

Most art pieces arrive in between 6-8 weeks due to the artistry involved with each portrait. It will depend on whether any proofing was involved.
